Payments On Our New Site:

You must process your payment all the way in order for it to be credited to your account. Your payment will be complete when you get a CONFIRMATION NUMBER. Please make sure you are doing this correctly in order to avoid disconnection.

If You Are Scheduled for Disconnect

If you are scheduled for or have been disconnected, you MUST NOT pay online. You must come into the office to make a payment.

Payments

Any payment entered after 3pm will be processed the next business day. In order to avoid being late, please enter your payment at least one day before your due date.

Notifications

• Please note that a $3.50 processing fee will be charged for online payments.
• Your shipping address is also your service address when processing your payment.
• Your service address is the address in which you receive your water service.
• Your account number should be entered in your service address.
