Disconnection of Services
Disconnections of services were scheduled for January 16, 2018, but due to hazardous weather conditions, the process has been delayed and will take place beginning next Monday, January 22, 2018. Because we chose to make this change for the protection of our employees and for the convenience of our customers, it does not alleviate customers from being required to pay all fees to prevent disconnection. Please make payments before next Monday to avoid disconnection of services. Payments may be made by placing them in our drop box in the drive through, by mail if the payment will be received before Monday, by credit card three business days previous to next Monday’s deadline, at the office during regular work hours or by credit card in the office during regular work hours.
